Right to cancel an order
We give a 14 day right to cancel an order on goods bought in our web-shop. The time period is calculated from the day you receive your order.
The cost of the return is on your own account.
Your right to cancel must be reported to us within 14 days of your purchase and the goods must be returned without delay. The goods must be packed correctly on return. In case of badly packed return goods, you are responsible for damages.
The message must be sent by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org. In the message, you must make clear that you want to make use of your right to cancel.
The state of return goods
You are only responsible for damages that are due to incorrect handling of what is normally necessary to find out how the goods are functioning. In other words – you can try out the goods as if you bought them in a normal shop.
If the goods are treated in other ways than described above, we regard them as used (second hand), which means that on canceling your purchase you will only receive part of or no refund depending on the trade value of the goods.
